How to... make a delicious ice tea?
COLD BREW - take a blend of your choice and put 10 grams in cold water. Put it in the refrigerator te let it infuse for 8 hours. Optional: you can do the finishing touch with lemon/lime, mint and/or elderflower.
SHOCK BREW - make a cup of tea with 2 grams for 300 ml hot water. Then you can pour the hot tea into a glass with ice cubes with the trendy tea maker of Café Couture.
